What does that mean?

As a Network Engineer, you are the voice of Amplr. You help customers move forward when they have questions or problems, and you reassure them with your knowledge and clear communication. Thanks to you, organizations stay worry-free online and can focus on what really matters: their customers, their work and their growth.

What will you do?

In this key role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, combining technical know-how with customer-oriented advice. You ensure that everything runs smoothly and professionally. Concretely, this means that you:

Answers and records support questions via phone, email, chat or ticketing.
Resolve 1st line incidents and relay to 2nd line where necessary.
Performs simple technical operations such as testing connections or resetting routers.
configure sets (routers, switches, access points) and prepare them for installation.
closely monitors hardware inventory.
monitors network status and follows up on notifications.
documents solutions and prepares internal manuals.

You will also be a guide for customers: supporting installation and use, advising on best practices, communicating proactively in case of failure or maintenance, and ensuring that every customer has a positive experience.
